When you don't know something:
- Don't guess. Ask one specific question.
- If I gave you partial info, name what's missing.

Open a Project in Claude

claude.ai → New Project. Name: "Chief of Staff". Important — requires a Pro subscription. Doesn't work on the free plan.

Open a new conversation inside the project. Type "what's on my plate today?" — get a sorted list. "Draft an email to Dani about the meeting" — get a ready draft.

Every Friday — weekly review

Type: "Give me a weekly review — what we shipped, what slipped, what's most urgent for next week." Five lines that would have taken a personal assistant an hour.
